So often now it seems that everyone is offering a 7 day money back guarantee and so often we hear that those guarantees are not being honoured! It is very easy to make grand promises but you have to be able to stick to them. That's why we have recently reviewed our warranty and have come up with something that we hope you will be happy with.
With every horse sold we now give a 3 month sell-on warranty. Basically this means that any time in the three months after purchase, if you are not getting along with your new horse, we will sell him/her on for you and take a 15% commission. All we ask is that you bring the horse back to our premises, at your cost, and we will handle the rest!
